Antioxidants…what are they and how can they benefit a healthy weight loss program? We should also try to figure out which foods are the highest in antioxidants. Antioxidants are nutrients found in everyday foods which help slow down and prevent damage to our bodies from oxidation. Many health problems can be prevented by simply incorporating these into our diet.

Fat, an oily liquid or greasy substance making up the main bulk of the adipose tissue, says the dictionary; this does not sound like anything related to a healthy weight loss program or diet, does it? However, per Wikipedia…fats play a vital role in maintaining healthy skin and hair, insulating body organs against shock, maintaining body temperature, and promoting healthy cell function.
